What is the 150-hour stream challenge?

The 150-hour stream challenge is a live event where a team of streamers take on gaming marathons, interactive challenges, and audience-driven activities for 150 consecutive hours. Expect a mix of gaming, donation challenges, and live interaction with viewers!

Where can I watch the stream?

The stream will be live on Twitch, YouTube, and X. Check out our official Twitch channel here.

When does the event start?

The event kicks off on June 19th at 6 PM (GMT) and runs non-stop for 150 hours. More schedule details are available here.

What kind of games and activities will be featured?

We’ll be playing a mix of popular video games, completing live challenges, and reacting to donation-triggered activities (such as the ice bucket challenge). There will also be Q&A sessions, surprise events, and some very sleep-deprived nonsense along the way.

Is this stream for charity?

Yes! All proceeds will go towards charity. You can donate at any time through the links provided during the stream.

Technical Questions

What is the setup for the stream?

The setup consists of:

• Five PCs connected via a UniFi Pro Max 16 switch

• A dedicated stream PC handling the broadcast

• NDI for audio and video sharing

• POE cameras for full-room coverage

• VDO.Ninja for handheld POVs

Can I interact with the stream?

Absolutely! We use Tangia and StreamElements for real-time chat interaction, allowing you to:

• Trigger sound effects and challenges

• Wake up participants in the middle of the night

• StreamElements is used for wheel spins and punishments.

What donation platform is being used?

We use three donation methods:

1. Tangia – Donations go into the stream donation pot but have processing fees. Tangia is best for causing us pain (loud spooky noises, challenges, etc.).

2. StreamElements – These donations appear on screen and trigger events such as wheel spins and punishments. Like Tangia, a cut is taken by the payment processor.

3. Direct PayPal – 100% of this donation goes directly to the charity fund but will not trigger any stream-related effects.
